Extra Butter is a NYC Streetwear company based on the Lower East Side. With exclusive items and limited quantity drops, they are a go-to for sneaker enthusiasts in NYC and around the world. Their easy-going style, mixed with high-end quality, makes for an eclectic mix of merchandise and customers. From sneakers to sweatshirts, their repertoire boasts brands from Adidas to Air Jordan. They came to BlueSwitch looking for a strategic marketing plan that would help them reach the growing streetwear community.

Before Extra Butter came to BlueSwitch in June 2018, they were not doing any outbound marketing efforts aside from having a large organic social media community and minimal email campaigns. The challenge was to start without any historical data and begin a paid campaign on Google Ads, with no prior market.


the solution

Eventually, BlueSwitch’s success on Google shopping and search led to the paid campaign’s expansion into social media ad campaigns. Today, the paid campaigns for Extra Butter drive a lion share of their annual online revenue.
