Help! My site design is outdated, old, ugly or all the above

Whether you haven’t redesigned your site in years or you’re looking for a refresh, we like to start off with a discovery meeting where we discuss your brand in depth. This will cover the feeling, purpose and overarching messaging on the site. We will also review competitors and aspirational brands to identity trends in your industry. Based on your design needs we will suggest either a few templated Shopify themes that we can customize, or we will create a fully custom template. Throughout the process we work collaboratively with the client the ensure that the final designs and functionality of the new site are on brand and something both teams are proud of.


Help! My site is not converting!

When you are driving traffic to your site but not seeing conversions or experiencing a low conversion rate we like to start with a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Audit. In this audit, we look at the design and UX to provide recommendations based on the best practices for ecommerce. We also analyze the mobile and desktop usability to ensure that we are addressing all channels of traffic. From this audit we will take the recommendations and the prioritize the updates to slowly test out the new changes. Ongoing we will monitor the conversion rate and provide monthly recommendations.


Help! I have a new brand and need a marketing strategy!

We always say without marketing you are a store on an island waiting for a cruise ship to pass by, this is not optimal. When we are working with new brands we start with their goals and work backward to create a strategy to achieve those goals based on their brand and marketing budget. We combine our different services, PPC, Social Ads, Email Marketing and CRO, to create a holistic approach to marketing with a cohesive message. Month over month we review the data and adjust our plan based on the findings, so the optimization continues as we grow the brand.
